At Leatt, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
