We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Use a soft measuring tape to check your head circumference for helmets or chest and waist measurements for body armor to ensure a secure, anatomical fit.

What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery times vary based on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy for gear that doesn't fit?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and body armor must still have all protective films and tags attached.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Leatt products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from high-impact crashes.

How should I clean and maintain my Leatt neck brace or body armor?

Most of our gear features removable, washable liners. We recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and air drying. Avoid high heat or harsh chemicals which can degrade the protective foam and plastics.
